- Spring debris cleanup and restoration
- Property assessments and inspections
Service Agreements
All maintenance services require a written or electronic service agreement specifying:
- Scope of services to be provided
- Service schedule and frequency
- Pricing and payment terms
- Contract duration and renewal terms
- Cancellation policies
Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:

- Ensure safe access to service areas
- Remove vehicles and obstacles when necessary

Payment Terms

Weather Conditions
Seasonal maintenance services are subject to weather conditions. We will make reasonable efforts to complete services as scheduled, but reserve the right to reschedule when conditions are unsafe or unsuitable for service delivery.
Limitation of Liability
Peacefullight shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services during the current contract period.
Property Access
By engaging our services, you grant Peacefullight and its employees access to your property for the purpose of performing agreed-upon maintenance services. We carry comprehensive liability insurance for your protection.
Intellectual Property
All content on peacefullight.world, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Peacefullight and protected by Canadian intellectual property laws.
Website Use
You agree not to:

- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

Governing Law
